Allocate Checklist Rest API Error

Hi - we're getting an error when attempting to allocate an Enterprise Onboarding checklist to a future dated hire. We do not get this error when using the same Rest API to allocate checklists to current or past dated hires.

Does anyone know the cause ? I've tried with and without eligibility profiles at the checklist and task levels, but each time the API gives an error. If I change the start date to the same date as the allocation date (eg: 8th Nov), the checklist is created successfully.
