Hi Oracle Cloud Administrator

my instance host cannot connect. When I logged into the controller and checked the instance status, it prompted me with "You don’t have permission to view these resources in this compartment. Try another compartment, or contact your administrator for help." I would like to ask, can you tell me what problem occurred with my Oracle account and how to  to solve this problem?
