Category Field - Goals and Performance Document

The category field on the Goal page was set as a drop-down list, and there's no way to change it to free text.

So I hide the category field and add a new category field using Flexfield. It was working and showing correctly on the goal page, but upon testing it, the category was not showing on the Performance Document - 2023 Goal page.

Is there a way to show the category on both the goals and the performance document?
