Hi,

Running into this peculiar issue, we earlier had tasks to trigger only on day one and had no issues with it. But the client wanted few tasks to trigger as part of pre-boarding and we are noticed Pre-boarding tasks and User Account email are not triggering.

Below is what we did -

  1. Enabled Admin profiles (two) to send user account and checklist to home email
  2. Notifications in security console is enabled
  3. Settings in BPM mode is All
  4. Created an enterprise onboarding step with action as 'Add Pending Worker' with criteria as manually created/approved and an enterprise onboarding checklist with same action and criteria
