Can a mgr enter a value in one field & have the other auto calculate and vice versa

In our workforce comp worksheet we would like two fields to be updateable, but our managers should only have to enter an amount in one field or the other.  Once they enter a value in one field the other will automatically calculate and vice versa.

The two fields are shown in the worksheet screenshot below (one field is called ‘Enter Individual Multiplier between .90 and 1.10’ and the other field is called ‘Final Payout Spent’.

The automatic calculation works fine if the Enter Individual Multiplier between .90 and 1.10 field is populated with a value as shown in screenshot below.
