How to assign a Journey (Survey) using criteria?

Summary:

While assigning the journey (survey) by default we have selection type as 'Person', is it possible to assign journey based other criteria's like department, business unit, line manager, grade, etc?

Also, we tried to enable the other selection type using profile option ORA_PER_SOA_JOURNEY_ASSIGNEE_SELECTION_TYPE i.e. P - Person, D - Directs, or O - Organization, but from the UI we can see only 'Person'.

Please suggest if we can make use of above mentioned criteria's?
