Oracle Field Service - All Books: Documentation is outdated

Summary:

Many of the documents found at https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/field-service/books.html are outdated and do not show updates past mid 2023. Please update these comprehensive documents for 23C and 23D changes that have occurred.

It's especially concerning that they haven't they been updated for 23C which has been out for several months. It's potentially understandable that 23D changes are still in the works, but even that is difficult to understand considering 23D has been GA released.

These documents are referenced often and required when we need to see comprehensively how something functions. They need to be kept up to date please.
