Absence Duration should calculate based on Start & End Date not Based on Shift Timings

When employee apply an absence for one day system is showing the duration as 0.8 instead of 1. I ran Evaluate Absence program still not getting changed.

what setup i need to do so that system should check only Start date and End Date for calculating Duration?
