How to update competencies on a performance document that has already been created

Summary: Would like to know if there is a way to update competencies on a document that has already been created. The person is not changing jobs, but the job responsibilities (competencies) were updated on the model profile and we want those to reflect on the forms.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): Example: A team members had an evaluation created under job code A. It was noticed that anyone in job code A needed their JRs updated. The job was updated in the model profile, and now we want those reflected on the current eval that is out.
