Trigger a Journey when a Job change occurs

Summary:

Is it possible to trigger a journey, when someone changes the Job? The job change can be from any available quick actions like Promote, Transfer, Change Assignment, etc... Also the 'Action' used for each transaction will be different. So we just need to check if there is a job change from any transaction for a worker and then trigger a journey.

Event and action based journeys will not be helpful is what I think.
