Using Score/Results of Assessments to Update Opportunity Field

Summary:

Our organization would like to use the assessments capability on the opportunity object to prompt the user to answer a series of questions, which will then calculate win probability %.

I wanted to understand whether the resulting score/win probability calculated by the assessment can be used to automatically update an existing field within the opporunity, in this case win probability %

I know this is a configuration possible in Oracle Intelligent Advisor through data mapping, but have not seen any indication that it can be done in the OOTB Oracle Sales Cloud assessments capability.
