Comp Team is getting blank rating Even though Manager updated the rating in the PD

Hi Team,

We have an issue where After manager Ratings provided in PD with Compensation team, Compensation Team unable to see the ratings. they were getting blank rating. even though Manager provided the rating from their side.

Need help on this below issue.
