OTBI for employee questionnaire

Hi

We are currently in the process of configuring the trips with the corresponding questionnaires to be submitted to the employees for further information.

In particular, we created the questionnaire and linked it to the respective activity within the checklists.

We have to create an OTBI to extract the answers given by employees to the relevant questionnaires.

In particular, there are no extracts for all employees in the OTBI in question that appear to have the checklist with the relevant task.

Could you please provide us with further information on this, e.g. how this situation arises.
