Payment Method task to the Preboarding checklist Task

Hi Experts,

My clients wants to have payment method task to assign to the preboarding checklist. I created the Task shown in the screen shot below. When i trigger the Onboarding task. It is not showing up the payment method link.

I m not getting the task assigned to the employee. Please provide your inputs to resolve this issue.
