As part of business requirement in "Dispute Approval Workflow", we would like to modify the task statement from "Credit Memo Request Approval 4005" to "Dispute Request 4005". Could someone please help in updating this as I am not able to modify from the screen that I have attached screenshots.

We tried editing the title but not able to identify the place where task description can be edited
