Summary:

Hi. We have disabled the Feedback feature in our system by setting the Profile Option Value: HRA_REQUEST_FEEDBACK_ENABLED to "No". But we noticed that the Send Feedback feature is still enabled in Touchpoints. Is there any way to disable this?
