Performance document for Terminated employees
Summary:
Hi All,
If an employee (not a manager) is terminated, then the in-progress performance document is not ended/completed automatically. I saw HR Admin can run the complete process by choosing the inactive assignment status and performance document name. But, is there any other way to handle this scenario ? Can the performance document be completed automatically once the termination happens.
