How to hide Bypass Self-Evaluation?

Hi All,

We see that manager has the option to Bypass Self-Evaluation through that three dots (Action Menu)

We have a requirement to remove this option for all line managers. I did try to remove that through personalization but that menu option (Bypass Self-evaluation) doesn't appear to select when in sandbox.

May I know how can we hide that through personalization or any role customization.
