Limit the ability for employees to view the manager's responses of only two questions in perf doc

We need to limit the ability for employees to view the manager's responses to the two questions in the manager questionnaire when the manager shares and releases the performance document with the employee. Except for the required 2 questions which we need to hide, all other responses need to be shared with user. Is this possible in the system?
