Alternate way to set up Vanity Email

As per Oracle documentations to setup vanity email we need to define Sender Policy Framework (SPF) policy on your domain to ensure that your outbound email is delivered successfully to the external candidates.

Our IT team has highlighted concerns in terms of security to allow oracle system full access to deliver emails to anybody outside the organization. We would like to know are there any alternate ways to setup vanity email like SMTP option rather than setting up SPF policy.
