Is there API or Spread sheet uploader to load employee and manager comments beyond 4000 characters

Hi Team- We are getting error when we are trying to upload using HDL beyond 4000 characters, Attached is the error. Just wanted to check is there any alternate option using api to load the comments beyond 4000.
