Performance approval process following Performance FYI Notification instead of Approve Performance

Hello,

I am setting up multiple probation approvals based on legal employer. I'm using the "Approve Performance Document" process to add the conditions on each legal employer. The condition is based on the legal employer and on transactionApprovalRequest.attribute1 contains "Probation". However when I'm testing the rule, it is following process "Performance FYI Notification" instead.

Any idea?
