Hi,
we would like to know if there is the possibility to give to the Line Manager the possibility to provide a feedback questionnaire to one of his/her Indirect reports. We found two possible solutions to satisfy this requirement, but in both cases we prefer to find a third different solution:
- Check-in document: a Line Manager can add a check in document (which includes a feedback questionnaire) only to his/her direct reports (and not for his/her indirect reports); there is the following CC post which confirms this behavior:
