Touchpoints: Error in the "Feedback Requested" Notification
we are currently finalizing some details before fully deploying the Touchpoints Application in production. However, we have noticed that when an employee requests feedback from a Stakeholder, the latter gets notified twice, by receiving two different e-mails.
The first is the correct one
The second is the wrong one (different styling on the message and also different address name of the sender, which I have hidden in both screenshots)
Which could possibly be the reason for this?
