How to Translate a checklist questionnaire and associated questions

Summary:

I have created questions, questionnaire template and questionnaires to be used in an Onboarding journey. This questionnaire has been tested in a journey and is working successfully.

I now need to translate this questionnaire to Portuguese.

There are profile rating models, multiple questions, with multiple response types, the questionnaire template and the actual questionnaire. The translation icon does not appear in all of these pages, and it looks like a new version of the question must be created in order to access the translation icon in the response region.

Can someone please give advise on how best to approach this.
