What will be the impact of scheduling below mentioned processes together. Does Oracle recommend scheduling one over the other, out of these processes?

a. Transfer Performance Documents with Manager Change (this process is currently scheduled in PROD to run daily at 2:30 am ET)

b. Reassign Performance Documents with Terminated Managers process
