How do we share profiles for screening to other people who are not marked in the job requisition anywhere , neither a hiring manager nor collaborators.

Though we know we can use "Send Message to the team" actions but this doesnt give access to the requisition and would not be able to screen candidate profile.

How do such panel screen profiles , is there a way to send them a notification with link to the resume so they download and screen though they are not marked in the requisition.
