Hi,

we would like to create an anytime performance document, which includes a single task for the Line Manager. This task should be a questionnaire, with a pre-defined list of questions. In order to achieve this goal, I created a Performance Template section, entering the 'Questionnaire' value for the Section Type (see the screenshot PERFORMANCE_TEMPLATE_SECTION); then I created a Performance Process Flow, entering as single task 'Include manager evaluation of worker task' (see the screenshot PERFORMANCE_PROCESS_FLOW); finally I created a performance template which includes the section type and the process flow, previously created. However when I create a Performance Document, when
