Categories drop down is showing only for default BU

Summary:

Multiple Business Units have been enabled by setting the HZ_ENABLE_MULTIPLE_BU_CRM, and configured the list of categories for each BU. Also default BU has been setup with the profile HZ_DEFAULT_BU_CRM. Now the categories drop down is available only for the default BU and not for others. Could anyone please help on how do we ensure to get this worked for all BUs?
