Looking to have a report to show who last update bank account details e.g. Account Number & Sort Code

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We currently report on changes to the Personal Payment Method. However we now have the requirement to build a report to show who updated the Bank Details. We only allow Local HR Admins to update Employee bank details to ensure the correct details are fed to our expenses portal and payroll provider - this is done by removing the Manage Personal Payment Method role from any employee role. After each update, the roles open up as default and we need to capture any changes made in this period before the access is taken off employees, so that Local HR Admins
