Summary:

We have a Fast Formula to determine if the candidate is submitted the requested information (additional information) or not before moving a candidate into "Move to HR" phase.

If the recruiters would fill this information on behalf of the candidate, then Fast formula is failed to evaluate that candidate is not submitted the requested information and not able to move the candidate to the "Move to HR" phase.

As per the below FF, candidate can be moved to "Move to HR" phase if candidate fills/submits the requested information.

If there any possibility to make the submission status as (request_status_code = 'ORA_SUBMITTED') when ever recruiter submits the additional information on behalf of the candidate? Please share your thoughts.
