How are you using contextual journeys to flow into transactions?
Summary:
Our business is interested in using contextual journeys to educate users about transactions prior to submission. We are finding that creating a flow between the journey and completing the transaction to be difficult.
As we understand, when the journey is complete the user is not automatically directed to the task. We have seen some instances where deep links are used to promote the transaction, however this is not as seamless without application actions and is limited ie there does not appear to be a deep link for creating job requisitions.
This feels to us to be very limiting for what otherwise would be a highly useful tool.
