"Manage Department" application task

Hello,

We'd like to create a Journey task which requires HRs to update a department. We've set up this task as an "Application task" but can't find the "Manage Department" action among the possible application tasks. (even if Departments' QA are visible)

What's going on? Why aren't we able to select this application task?
