How to Limit Enrollment by Life Event

Summary: We have a requirement to limit enrollment by life event. If a participant has a life event like marriage, the participant can only enroll into the spouse medical plan and nothing else. Or a newborn life event, only allows the participant to enroll into the Child Medical plan.

But for a new hire, the participant can enroll into all plans. This is working fine now. But am not able to limit the life event enrollment to a particular plan for life events. Welcome any advice or documentation on how to configure the enrollment to achieve this requirement.
