We need to understand the possibilities to identify Organization Goals in backend.

Summary:

When Executive Manager or CEO is creating Organization Goal, once employees from the hierarchy or from the organization adds this organization goal to their goal plan, they can edit, update status and make changes just like a regular case. In this case, we are not able to identify which was the organization goal initially created by CEO or EM. We want to understand how this can be resolved that we can identify which is the organization goal that was intially created in back end tables and application as well.
