Customer credit limit update

Summary:

Hi

When user is trying to update the credit limit at customer master level, Require workflow/approval process for each credit limit update.

Is there any standard process available? If not, are there any APIs or web services available as a workaround?

Note : client is not using Order Management.

Still if you need clarification please arrange OWC for better understanding.
