How do I switch off auto numbering

Hello,

When I test my bot on our test webpage, I keep getting numbers added to my menu options then on the feedback scores (see attachment).

I have removed the auto numbering on postback option from the digital assistant and set auto numbering on postback to false in the skill configuration but they continue to appear.

This only happens on the test webpage and not while testing in ODA configuration.
