How to enable users to perform mass actions for Performance Document

Summary:

Hello,

our user can access to "Process Mass Actions for Performance Documents" page and perform actions. But, when complete the mass performance document creation the performance document are not created in Performance document page.

We noticed that adding Human Capital Management Integration Specialist, the user does not encounter the issue.

We cannot give the whole role to the user, we need to know what is the specific role/privilege which allow the action "Create Performance Document" in "Process Mass Actions for Performance Documents" page
