    Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

    In step 6 of the Steps to Enable, the instructions indicate entering 'Y'. This will cause the LOV's that have been changed to return no values.

    The correct value to enter for the profile option is 'Yes'

    The documentation needs to be corrected. Refer to https://community.oracle.com/customerconnect/discussion/724890/position-lov-empty-after-running-ingest-process-dev-pod for a discussion on this. I also had an SR open for this issue (let me know if you need the number).
