Eligibility changes in between the performance document cycle

Summary:

Hi All,

Annual review period is from Jan to Dec. Performance document will be created with cascaded goals section and the eligibility is based on Job. In-between the Annual review period, employees will move from Job A to Job B. So now, based on Job , the old goals need to be removed and new set of goals need to be added to the performance document. Please note, changing jobs will happen for more employees. So, cannot manually choose each person and create performance document again.

Please let me know how to achieve this.
