Manual PO Communicate - Sending email to from "Unverified Sender"

We are facing the below issue:

When Buyer manually communicate the PO to the vendor, Buyer email address is showing as an unverified sender to the receiver (Supplier), how we can resolve this issue and make the buyer as a verified sender, so supplier can receive the PO email in inbox.

Can reproduce with below steps:

  1. Create a PO and approve the PO
  2. Actions > Communicate > enter any email address > ok


The email will be sent from the buyer email address, however its going as “unverified sender” and hence the email is quarantined or filtered at the vendor side.
