Disable certain languages while creating requisition without impacting other modules.

Summary:

Is it possible to disable certain languages while creating requisition but they can be used in other modules ?

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We don't want to create requisition in all languages (once we have enabled) so we don't want those languages to appear as LOV while creating requisition but at the same time these languages are used in other modules, is it possible to have certain languages restricted for requisition only ?
