How to enter rule evaluation currency for data sets in 23D invoice approval template?

Summary:

My client has a requirement to convert invoice amount into USD before looking at the job level approval limits. Until 23D, we had the option to add an attribute for 'rule evaluation currency' in data sets. Now in the data sets sheet, that attribute is missing.

I tried using the 'Rule Evaluation Currency' on the 'Invoice Approval Rules' sheet, but that does not convert the amounts in data set. Is there a solution/workaround for this?
