Time Card Submission Issues after 23D Update

After the 23D update, we have a small group of employees (about .01% of time card users, 30 employees) who are unable to submit their time card. When an employee submits their time card, they receive an Attestation, then they have to submit the time card fully. The screenshot below is what the employees who are unable to submit see. The attestation should not have a scroll bar and the submit buttons are hidden. These employees are in the same Worker Time Entry Profile as other employees who are able to submit, and the Worker Time Entry Profile does have
