How to send email notification to resource when an Activity is assigned to that resource

Hi All,

We have a requirement to send email to user to whom a new Task(activity) is assigned.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

There are no profile option to enable this feature. We can enable the system notification (bell icon) for task assignment.

But we also need email notification
