DFF requisition lines: RequesterId parameter doesn't work

Summary:

I would like to retrieve a value using requester ID as parameter.

It seems that it is not RequesterID but PreparerID the value that I can use.

Basically, if I am a preparer of a requisition but the requester is another user, can I use requesterID as I expected? Is it a bug if the value returned is the prepared ID as happened?
