Summary:

Old corporate card refund is stuck, if we inactivate the transaction does it "hide" the transaction altogether so the card won't show as unbalanced?

We have a refund we cannot process, we can withdraw the report via a delegate and recoup the funds some other way, but when "inactivating" the transaction will it be completely hidden almost as if it has been erased until reactivated?
