Increase the session timeout for Narrative Reporting

Summary:

Excel Reference Doclet gets all the row heights perfectly set, all the shading the same percentage of grey, borders applied consistently across all the tables, etc. just to lose everything because, behind the scenes, the connection between the Reference Doclet and Excel has timed out.

What can users periodically do to prevent timeouts? For example, is clicking “refresh” on the Report Center sufficient?

In my experience, a full “upload,” even without a check-in, seems to have the desired effect but then a user has to wade through all the content errors that come with that upload. Simply saving the Excel file doesn’t seem to work and risks a file name change which permanently breaks the linkage from Excel to the Reference Doclet, leaving the user no better off than encountering a timeout.
