Performance process flow splitting the task of 2nd level manager and HR

Hi Team,

Current Performance Process have five steps 

Step 1- Associate Self Evaluations 

Step 2-Manager Associate 

Step 3-Second Level Manager & HR 

Step 4-Share document with Associate 

Step 5-Associate Final Feedback 

Currently we have configured the above using the approval rule. Once the manager completes the manager evaluations , it goes for 2nd level manager approval . Once the 2nd level manager approves it goes to the HR for approval.

The issue with the above configuration is once the 2nd level manager approves but the HR didn’t approve yet the task status remains the same(Second Level Manager & HR )

We have the requirement to split the Step 3 task into two parts 2nd level manager and HR(AOR) as the process flow set up page doesn’t have HR details to be captured in the process flow.
