Domestic Legal Entity change trigerring Termination Life event

Summary:

We have a requirement that termination should be triggered only during actual termination of employees and during Global Transfers(and not during domestic legal entity change/domestic transfers). The data change criteria is looking at the work relationship/Per period of service Actual Termination date. However, we need to restrict Termination detection for domestic transfers
